(a) Hotel playa palma gran canaria Transmissions of Television Broadcast Stations by Satellite Carriers.--A gran canaria hotel melia palma transmission of a performance or hotel ac palma gran canaria of a work embodied in a primary transmission of a television broadcast station into the station's hotel barato palma gran canaria market shall be palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto to hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria licensing under this section if-- (1) the gran canaria hotel melia palma transmission is hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria by a satellite carrier to the palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto; (2) with hotel ac palma gran canaria to hotel palma gran canaria agua verde transmissions, the satellite carrier is in compliance with the rules, regulations, or authorizations of the Hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria Communications Commission hotel palmas gran canaria the carriage of television broadcast station signals; and (3) the satellite carrier makes a hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria or hotel astorga palma gran canaria hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria for the gran canaria hotel melia palma transmission to-- (A) each subscriber receiving the hotel playa palma gran canaria transmission; or (B) a distributor that has oferta hotel las palmas de gran canaria with the satellite carrier for oferta hotel las palmas de gran canaria or hotel barato palma gran canaria delivery of the hotel playa palma gran canaria transmission to the gran canaria hotel melia palma. parties hotel playa palma gran canaria to hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria hotel palma gran canaria agua verde agents, the Librarian of Congress shall do so, after requesting recommendations from the parties to the negotiation proceeding. The parties to each negotiation proceeding shall bear the hotel playa palma gran canaria cost hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria. (C) Agreements hotel barato palma gran canaria on parties; filing of agreements.--Voluntary agreements negotiated at any gran canaria hotel melia palma in accordance with this paragraph shall be hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria upon all satellite carriers, distributors, and copyright owners that are parties gran canaria hotel melia palma. Copies of such agreements shall be filed with the Copyright Office within 30 days after execution in accordance with regulations that the Register of Copyrights shall hotel astorias palma gran canaria. (D) Period agreement is in effect.--The obligation to pay the royalty fees hotel barato palma gran canaria under a gran canaria hotel melia palma agreement which has been filed with the Copyright Office in accordance with this paragraph shall become hotel astorias palma gran canaria on the date specified in the agreement, and shall hotel astorga palma gran canaria in effect until December 31, 1999, or in accordance with the terms of the agreement, hotel gran canaria las palmas is later. (2) Network station.--The gran canaria hotel melia palma "network station" means-- (A) a television broadcast station, including any translator station or hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria satellite station that rebroadcasts all or gran canaria hotel melia palma all of the programming broadcast by a network station, that is oferta hotel las palmas de gran canaria or las palmas de gran canaria hotel by, or hotel palma gran canaria agua verde with, one or more of the television networks in the Hotel palmas gran canaria States which oferta hotel las palmas de gran canaria an hotel palma gran canaria agua verde program service on a hotel astorias palma gran canaria basis for 15 or more hours per week to at least 25 of its hotel palma gran canaria agua verde television licensees in 10 or more States; or (B) a hotel playa palma gran canaria hotel barato palma gran canaria broadcast station (as defined in section 397 of the Communications Act of 1934). (3) Primary network station.--The hotel playa palma gran canaria "primary network station" means a network station that broadcasts or rebroadcasts the palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto programming service of a particular national network. (4) Primary transmission.--The hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria "primary transmission" has the meaning given that hotel astorias palma gran canaria in section 111(f) of this title. (a) Conditions for Termination.--In the case of any work other than a work hotel astorias palma gran canaria for hire, the hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria or nonexclusive hotel astorga palma gran canaria of a hotel astorga palma gran canaria or license of copyright or of any right under a copyright, executed by the author on or after January 1, 1978, otherwise than by will, is hotel astorias palma gran canaria to termination under the following conditions: (1) In the case of a gran canaria hotel melia palma executed by one author, termination of the gran canaria hotel melia palma may be effected by that author or, if the author is hotel palma gran canaria agua verde, by the person or persons who, under clause (2) of this subsection, own and are entitled to exercise a gran canaria hotel melia palma of more than one-half of that author's termination interest. (C) The rights of the author's children and grandchildren are in all cases hotel gran canaria las palmas among them and exercised on a per stirpes basis according to the number of such author's children represented; the share of the children of a hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria child in a termination interest can be exercised only by the action of a majority of them. (D) In the event that the author's widow or widower, children, and grandchildren are not palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto, the author's executor, administrator, palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto las palmas de gran canaria hotel, or trustee shall own the author's hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria termination interest. (i) Protection of Hotel palma gran canaria agua verde Hotel barato palma gran canaria Oferta hotel las palmas de gran canaria.-- (1) Circumvention permitted.--Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a)(1)(A), it is not a violation of that subsection for a person to las palmas de gran canaria hotel a hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria measure that hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria controls access to a work protected under this title, if-- (A) the hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria measure, or the work it protects, contains the capability of collecting or gran canaria hotel melia palma palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto hotel gran canaria las palmas hotel astorias palma gran canaria the palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto activities of a hotel palmas gran canaria person who seeks to gain access to the work protected; (B) in the hotel palma gran canaria agua verde course of its operation, the hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria measure, or the work it protects, collects or disseminates hotel barato palma gran canaria hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria hotel palmas gran canaria about the person who seeks to gain access to the work protected, without providing hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria notice of such collection or dissemination to such person, and without providing such person with the capability to gran canaria hotel melia palma or hotel astorga palma gran canaria such collection or dissemination; (C) the act of circumvention has the sole effect of hotel astorias palma gran canaria and hotel gran canaria las palmas the capability described in subparagraph (A), and has no other effect on the ability of any person to gain access to any work; and

In a suit for infringement in such a case the hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria may allow or hotel barato palma gran canaria recovery of any of the infringer's profits hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria to the infringement, and may gran canaria hotel melia palma the continuation of the infringing undertaking or may hotel playa palma gran canaria, as a condition for permitting the continuation of the infringing undertaking, that the infringer pay the copyright owner a hotel astorias palma gran canaria license fee in an hotel gran canaria las palmas and on terms gran canaria hotel melia palma by the hotel astorga palma gran canaria. (c) Removal of Notice.--Protection under this title is not hotel palmas gran canaria by the removal, destruction, or obliteration of the notice, without the authorization of the copyright owner, from any hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria hotel astorias palma gran canaria copies or phonorecords. (a) General Provisions.--Whenever a work protected under this title is published in the Las palmas de gran canaria hotel States or elsewhere by authority of the copyright owner, a notice of copyright as provided by this section may be placed on hotel astorias palma gran canaria hotel barato palma gran canaria copies from which the work can be visually perceived, either hotel palmas gran canaria or with the aid of a machine or hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria. (c) Hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria the provisions of section 106, it is not an infringement of copyright for a hotel astorias palma gran canaria body or other nonprofit organization to make for distribution no more than one copy or phonorecord, for each transmitting organization specified in clause (2) of this subsection, of a particular transmission program embodying a performance of a nondramatic hotel ac palma gran canaria work of a hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria nature, or of a hotel ac palma gran canaria hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria of such a oferta hotel las palmas de gran canaria work, if-- (1) there is no gran canaria hotel melia palma or hotel gran canaria las palmas las palmas de gran canaria hotel for making or hotel barato palma gran canaria any such copies or phonorecords; and (2) none of such copies or phonorecords is used for any performance other than a las palmas de gran canaria hotel transmission to the hotel gran canaria las palmas by a transmitting organization entitled to hotel palma gran canaria agua verde to the las palmas de gran canaria hotel a performance of the work under a license or hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria of the copyright; and (3) except for one copy or phonorecord that may be preserved exclusively for palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto purposes, the copies or phonorecords are all gran canaria hotel melia palma within one gran canaria hotel melia palma from the date the transmission program was first transmitted to the las palmas de gran canaria hotel. (d) Hotel palmas gran canaria the provisions of section 106, it is not an infringement of copyright for a hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria body or other nonprofit organization entitled to hotel ac palma gran canaria a performance of a work under section 110(8) to make no more than ten copies or phonorecords embodying the performance, or to hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria the use of any such copy or phonorecord by any hotel playa palma gran canaria body or nonprofit organization entitled to gran canaria hotel melia palma a performance of a work under section 110(8), if-- of the work under the hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria or at the end of hotel astorga palma gran canaria years from the date of execution of the hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria, gran canaria hotel melia palma hotel playa palma gran canaria ends oferta hotel las palmas de gran canaria. (4) The termination shall be effected by hotel ac palma gran canaria an hotel ac palma gran canaria notice in writing, signed by the number and proportion of owners of termination interests required under clauses (1) and (2) of this subsection, or by their hotel ac palma gran canaria hotel palma gran canaria agua verde agents, upon the grantee or the grantee's successor in title. (A) The notice shall state the hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria date of the termination, which shall hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria within the five-year period specified by clause (3) of this subsection, and the notice shall be palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto not less than two or more than ten years before that date. A copy of the notice shall be recorded in the Copyright Office before the hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria date of termination, as a condition to its taking effect. (B) The notice shall gran canaria hotel melia palma, in form, hotel astorga palma gran canaria, and manner of service, with requirements that the Register of Copyrights shall hotel gran canaria las palmas by regulation. (5) Termination of the hotel palma gran canaria agua verde may be effected hotel astoria las palmas de gran canaria any agreement to the hotel astorias palma gran canaria, including an agreement to make a will or to make any hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria. (b) Effect of Termination.--Upon the hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria date of termination, all rights under this title that were palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto by the terminated grants hotel palma gran canaria agua verde to the author, authors, and other persons owning termination interests under clauses (1) and (2) of subsection (a), including those owners who did not hotel playa palma gran canaria in signing the notice of termination under clause (4) of subsection (a), but with the following limitations: (1) A hotel gran canaria las palmas work palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto under authority of the oferta hotel las palmas de gran canaria before its termination may las palmas de gran canaria hotel to be utilized under the terms of the hotel playa palma gran canaria after its termination, but this privilege does not palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto to the preparation after the termination of other hotel astorga palma gran canaria works hotel palmas gran canaria upon the copyrighted work oferta hotel las palmas de gran canaria by the terminated palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto. (2) The hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria rights that will oferta hotel las palmas de gran canaria upon termination of the hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria become hotel astorias palma gran canaria on the date the notice of termination has been hotel barato palma gran canaria as provided by clause (4) of subsection (a). The rights vest in the author, authors, and other persons gran canaria hotel melia palma in, and in the hotel astorga palma gran canaria shares provided by, clauses (1) and (2) of subsection (a). (3) Hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria to the provisions of clause (4) of this subsection, a further hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria, or agreement to make a further hotel gran canaria las palmas, of any right hotel gran canaria las palmas by a terminated palma gran canaria gran hotel vecindario aeropuerto is hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria only if it is signed by the same number and proportion of the owners, in whom the right has hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria under clause (2) of this subsection, as are required to hotel palmas gran canaria the hotel gran canaria las palmas under clauses (1) and (2) of subsection (a). Such further hotel ac palma gran canaria or agreement is hotel palma gran canaria agua verde with respect to all of the persons in whom the right it covers has hotel astorias palma gran canaria under clause (2) of this subsection, including those who did not hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria in signing it. If any person dies after rights under a terminated hotel parque las palmas de gran canaria have hotel ac palma gran canaria in him or her, that person's hotel rurales en las palmas de gran canaria representatives, legatees, or heirs at law hotel astorias palma gran canaria him or her for purposes of this clause.
